What we do
Manolaw didn’t add AI to a traditional firm. We built a practice from the intelligence up — an SRA-regulated commercial law firm designed around OMNI, our proprietary legal AI platform, tested for over twelve months before it touched a single case.
OMNI is the engine. It reads an entire case file, selects the right AI model for each task, and produces work that historically ate the most billable hours — document drafting, court bundles, deep legal research, matter management — with sources cited and full context awareness. Qualified solicitors set the strategy, exercise judgement, and sign the work.
Manolaw is a separate, independent firm. For regulatory and compliance reasons it sits alongside the Manotan Group rather than inside it. The two are aligned in philosophy, not in legal structure.

Commercial law has spent decades rewarding the wrong things — the hours, not the outcome. The longer a matter runs, the more a traditional firm earns, and the client foots the bill for work that modern tooling can do in a fraction of the time. We didn’t want to reform that model. We wanted to make it obsolete.
So we built around the work, not the clock.
